Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using RankBazaar you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

2. What RankBazaar is — and is not

RankBazaar is a deals advertising and community platform. It lists deals, coupons and offers available from third-party merchants. Deals are posted by our members, by our editors, and by businesses that ask us to list their own offers. We are an intermediary that lists information.

We are not a marketplace or an online shop. There is no cart, checkout, payment or order on RankBazaar, and we never receive, hold or pass on money for any product. We do not sell, stock, ship or fulfil any of the products shown. We set no price, issue no coupon and fund no bank offer; every one of those belongs to the merchant or the bank concerned.

Every purchase is a contract between you and the merchant. Payment, pricing, stock, delivery, warranty, cancellation, returns and refunds are the merchant’s responsibility, governed by their terms — not ours.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the deals, comments and other content you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. What you must not do

You may not post or transmit anything that:

• belongs to someone else without the right to use it, or infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• is defamatory, obscene, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise unlawful;
• is harmful to a child;
• impersonates another person, or misleads about the origin of a message;
• contains a virus or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any device or network;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any cognisable offence;
• is knowingly false or misleading, including fake prices, expired offers presented as live, or deals that do not exist.

6. Fair use of the community

• No vote manipulation, multiple accounts, or paid upvoting.
• No posting your own referral or affiliate links inside deals or comments.
• If you are connected to a merchant, say so in the post.
• No scraping, bulk downloading, or automated access without our written permission.

7. Prices, availability and offers that do not apply

Deals are posted by members, by our editors and by businesses, and prices in India change fast. A price, coupon or bank offer shown here may already be different by the time you tap through. Listings are information about someone else’s offer, not an offer from us, and nothing on RankBazaar is a promise that you will get a particular price.

Because we neither set nor honour these offers, we cannot be held responsible where:

• a deal sells out, expires, or is withdrawn by the merchant before you reach it;
• the price rises between the listing and your checkout, or the listing was wrong;
• a coupon code has expired, been exhausted, is single-use, or is restricted to particular users, first-time buyers or selected accounts;
• a bank, card or UPI offer does not apply to you — because your card is not eligible, a minimum spend is not met, the issuer’s monthly cap is reached, or the bank has withdrawn the offer;
• the merchant cancels, delays, part-fulfils or refuses your order, or the item arrives damaged, late or not as described;
• you miss a deal for any reason, including a notification that did not arrive or arrived late.

7a. Check before you pay

Eligibility for any offer is decided by the merchant and the bank, applying their own terms and conditions. Always confirm the final payable amount, the coupon, the bank offer and the seller on the merchant’s own checkout page before paying. If it does not show there, you will not get it.

If an offer does not apply, the merchant or the bank is the party to take it up with. Tell us as well by reporting the deal and we will correct or remove the listing, but we cannot obtain, reinstate or compensate an offer that is not ours to give.

8. How we make money

RankBazaar is paid for advertising, not for products. We earn affiliate commission when you buy through some of our links, and businesses may pay us to list or promote their deals. Any deal a business has paid to place is labelled "Sponsored". None of this changes what you pay. Read the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

9. Our intellectual property

The RankBazaar name, logo, design and software are ours. Merchant names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the deal being described.

10. Reporting content

If something on RankBazaar infringes your rights or breaks these rules, write to support@adaptosolutions.in with enough detail to identify it. We acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 15 days, and faster for categories the law requires us to remove sooner.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal information is accurate, complete or current.

We give no warranty, express or implied, about any product, merchant, coupon or bank offer listed here. We do not endorse any merchant, and listing one is not a recommendation to buy from them.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for any dispute between you and a merchant or bank, or for any loss arising from a deal you missed, a price that changed, or a discount, coupon or bank offer that did not apply to your order. A saving you expected but did not receive is not a loss we can make good, because it was never money we held or promised. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to ₹50.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you post or from your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your right as a consumer to file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission where you reside.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use RankBazaar afterwards means you accept them.
